Collection of Customer Information

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, including but not limited to site registrations, name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, fax number, and payment information.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line, by phone or by printed catalog. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. It is never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will disclose collected information when legally obligated to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Web site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Mr. Stone Website.

We use cookies to record session information, including but not limited to, items that consumers add to their shopping cart, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit and saved shopping carts.

Transaction Information

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases). We will also provide registered customers with the contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them only upon written request from the registered user or authorized point of contact. If you are not the registered account holder, you must have the registered user submit in writing authorization to become the authorized point of contact.

At no time will we provide any credit card information regarding your transaction. Our PCI compliant database system only holds the card-holders’ name, the accepted last 4 digits the credit card number, and the card type. We will not provide this information under any circumstance to any person other than the card holder or when obligated by law.

MrStone.com is protected by a secure 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Any and all information pertaining to customer registration, login, or payment is protected by the SSL. Our online store has also been developed to be PCI compliant and we store only the information required by us for purchase verification.
